January 11, 2010 Arthur C. Nelson hosted a breakfast full of realtors and affialiated service providers to give his opinion of Utah's real estate outlook over the course of the next 20 years.
Utah will be the fastest growing state in the nation by 2030 adding another 1.5 million residents with to the current 2.7 million.
He predicts a 10% growth in home sales in Salt Lake County in 2010. Housing prices will continue to fall 3-5% in 2010, but will stabilize and improve in 2011.
My prediction is that our current residents will use Utah's beautiful natural resources, canyons, mountains, lakes, deserts, etc, to release the negativity associated with the current state of our economy. They will appreciate all that Utah living has to offer and attract balance to their lives.
