I am a big fan of positive affirmations. I came across an affirmation for home buyers in a FABULOUS book called, 'The Power of the Subconscious Mind' By Joseph Murphy.  I thought I would add it to my blog for all those who could use it. Enjoy.

'The infinite intelligence of my subconcious mind is all wise. It reveals to me now the ideal homemthat meets all my requirements.  I can afford it. I am now turnig this request over to my subconcious mind. I know it responds according to the nature of my request. I release this request with absolute faith and confidence in the same way a farmmer plants seeds in the earth. The deeper currents of my subconious mined are now in operation bringing forth my perfect property.'

Several clients have used this affirmation in their favor.  With the tax credit ending in April, I hope that this serves all those who can use it to their advantage.
