This affirmation is meant to help those in need of selling their home.  It can be very challenging to deal with listing your home and waiting for an offer.

Of course, listing your home at the right price makes the difference between a sale and no sale or showings.  If you are showing the home often and you don't have an offer in a month, there's a good possibility that your price is to high and needs to be adjusted. That truly is the most important aspect of selling your home in this market.  However, there is nothing wrong with opening the door to a sale with positive affirmations while it is on the market.

I found this affirmation in one of my favorite books, 'The Power of Your Subconcious Mind' by Joseph Murphy. Hopefully it helps those who can use it.
